How we select sites, coordinate infrastructure, and work with the communities around them.

01Power first

We start with the power.

We begin with grid access and the path to energization, assessing available power alongside site conditions and delivery requirements.

02Supplier-led infrastructure

Specialist systems. Coordinated delivery.

We work with specialist suppliers of factory-integrated modules, coordinating their equipment with site preparation, power, and cooling.

Cooling

Pods are liquid-cooled, built for high-density AI racks, with a design PUE of 1.15 — a design target, not achieved performance. Cooling is intended to avoid ongoing evaporative water consumption.

Power

The reference configuration uses 2N 5000A switchgear with quad 1200A busways. The redundant topology is designed to allow maintenance and fault isolation.

Air handling

Three-stage MERV filtration protects the IT space from particulate ingress, with pressure-monitored filter stages — relevant at the rural sites where grid capacity is available.

Supplier manufacture

Suppliers assemble, wire and test pods on a controlled production line before shipping. Site preparation, power and cooling work is coordinated alongside that delivery.

Community engagement is part of site planning and project delivery. We work to understand local priorities and address them as the design develops.
